What do you like best about MailBluster?

The best part about Mailbluster is that they provide a very seamless and effortless email sending experience. They also charge less as compared to other services. One thing that they were lacking was the template part but I noticed recently that they added a few pre-designed templates too so that was also a very very good move. I even like the reporting system which is very very detailed and the UI is just elegant. I have seen that they have the WordPress signup form integration haven't used it yet. There is nothing that I dislike about Mailbluster yet. However, if I have to necessarily point one out then it would be the lack of pre-designed templates. This is only if I have to mention something. I know they will add more templates but I don't have anything in mind that I dislike about Mailbluster. I have been using it since more than a year and I haven't even contacted the support team yet. I am using Mailbluster to send Email Marketing Campaigns to my subscribers and regular updates. The biggest problem with every other Email Marketing Software is that they have such low sending limits and so much of a cap that a small business cannot even dream use them. I tried tons of services before moving to Mailbluster. I used Mailchimp, Elasticemail, Aweber, Mailgun etc but each of them had one or the other limitation due to which we could not use it to the fullest. Mailbluster gave us access to use AWS Limits to the maximum extent possible and the limits were so generous that it helped us increase our marketing reach.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pros: Cost-effective, list segmentation, timewarp delivery, tracking and reporting, email composer are some of the impressive features it is coming with. Plus, the first 62K emails are free every month, after that a cheap cost of US $0.10 per 1K emails which is very low.

Cons: AmazonSES using is a must with MailBluster and it doesn't allow us to use a custom SMTP server.

Overall: MailBluster is the most cost-effective email sending software I have ever come across. There are facilities like list segmentation, drag and drop email composer. Most Important, the first 62K emails are free every month. A/B testing allowed me to measure the performance of different campaigns. Therefore, in my view, It is one of the most effective email sending software out there.

What do you like best about MailBluster?

Mailbluster is prised reasonably, that is the main reason I opt into this platform. Where most of the platforms charge based on the number of subscribers, mailbluster only charges for the mails. The second-best thing is "inbox rate with Mailbluster is almost always 100%". We sent out thousands of emails using SES and Mailbluster and we are happy with the inbox rate. Another thing is their UI. I could manage multiple projects and separate all the campaigns inside one dashboard.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup process is a bit complicated. And You need to have an amazon SES to use their service, but that is not the problem. The problem is to get out of Amazon's sandbox mode.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I need to send out thousands of emails to my subscribers. When the number of my subscriber grew, it was becoming hard to keep up with the price of other mail sending platforms as they charge based on the number of subscribers. Mailbluster doesn't do that.

I signed up for their service in a early stage, from that time I'm monitoring their updates and one thing I have to say, they are pushing my expectations to the sky. Works as well as Mailchimp, but at 1/10th of the cost (once is already configured with AWS). It's worth the time and effort to get it running at first, really! Once its set all up and running (takes a domain verification and a 24-hour AWS review) its really THE BEST option in the whole market.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have to be very carefull to save changes when editing the content: you have to save in the editor AND in the campaign to really store them right. And, please make sure ony one member of the team edits the content at once (it rolls back both changes when it gets confused).Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm sending mail marketing for customers, basically. BEnefits, reliability and efficiency on the sending (not that much spam). I havent tried connecting to apps and such, but I guess it would work fine (again, once its all cleared on AWS).

Overall: It's been quite an excellent alternative for some special blasts that have simple requierements (art + call to action) Pros: Pricing is great specially considering that we only pay for what we send. No attached to contracts or "unfear" plans like other ESP. It's way too easy to use and release beautiful emails in a few clicks. Cons: The time to import a database is long (up to 15 min for a ~25K list), segmentation options are a bit too limited. Can's export reports in a single spreadsheet.

Pros: I will rate it as 6 stars service for its very low price and great customer support. It has all the essential features for email marketing.

Cons: One thing is missing in the software - they don't have email templates yet! The good thing is, I requested them through support and they said they have it on their roadmap.

Overall: I have connected my WordPress website using their WordPress plugin. I usually send email newsletters twice a month and it cost me nothing as they have 62000 monthly free emails limit. It's cool. Till now I am getting good technical support, hope they continue it in the future.

Pros: It's simple, no setup or installation is required. Probably the only solution offering unlimited contact storage for free. And the support team is excellent.

Cons: It does not have a built-in SMTP server, we have to use amazonSES for that.

Overall: After a couple of years of use, I found it excellent and highly I recommend it to people with a big email list who does not want to spend all their money on only sending newsletters.

Pros: This is an awesome software. I have started using this software about 5 months back. Now, i am in love with this software. The integration process with Amazon SES is very simple. Anyone with basic email marketing knowledge can do this very important process without any fail. I like the user interface and the overall look and feel of this awesome software. Mail bluster's customer services is one of the best, Cons: There nothing to unlike. Everything about this software is really good. But sometimes I get troubles with cleaning the bounced emails.

The Mailbluster software is an excellent tool for sending newsletters. I choose this software because the price / value is great, super easy to connect with Amazon AWS system and working well togother.

Literally, you do not need any coding knowledge to use and make a good looking newsletter.

Easy to see what I need: Total sent, Delivered, Open rate, Bounced and Complained.

I can get send the same amount and send speed as my Amaton SES.

The integrations are super few. There are many other tools which has got more integrations. If it is key point for you than I need to diappoint you, because when I am writing this review we have got just 3 piece of 3rd party integrations. Okey it has got Developer API but is for more expert users.

Just a bit annoying if I want to export some datas like lads which was hard fail than it will send to email where get a link back to website and can download it. This is total unnecasarally.

I like that it is easy to use with flexible options. The pricing and integration into AWS is good and makes the entire process easier. Cost saving. This has been a huge one, saving a lot of money vs mailchimp cost. Because you might not always seen out an email in a month, it means no fee where Mailchimp would charge you.

Pros: You can easily build your campaign and send newsletters to subscribers. Its freemium plan is the best in the market. It makes a categorized list of subscribers to target every user in a different format. Best platform for new comers.

Cons: MailBluster is perfect email marketing software.

Overall: MailBluster is the best platform to start your email marketing journey. Its freemium plan is the best and effective email marketing plan. It gives you the power to send a group of emails to your users without any complexity.

Overall: I had a grandfathered 10k plan with GetResponse I just wasn't using as often and the latest deliverability reports did not show it was performing well an more. I figured it was time to look at the market and I started discovering new solutions such as EmailOctopus and eventually, MailBluster. MailBluster is unique in that they offer the Saas hardware, but you need to bring your own Amazon SES and SNS credentials/account to actually send the mail. This puts an interesting pressure on business owners to "keep things clean" since their own Amazon account is being used. It also reduces MailBlusters sending costs since they're only using hardware to initiate sends and tracking. The free pricing tier is perfect for startups if they don't mind some light branding on their emails. The paid pricing tier is so low that it's almost a no-brainer if branding is an issue.   Pros: Incredibly low-cost thanks to Amazon SES email delivery. Provides the same features large expensive platforms charge $20-200 per month for including Integromat integration (cheaper Zapier alternative). It's like having Sendy hosted free in the cloud (but it's not Sendy).   Cons: Their logo has a "Beta" under it which concerns me and makes me wonder if they'll switch pricing models once they grow a bit. I do wonder how they can keep providing such an incredible value at such a low cost.

MailBluster makes email marketing approachable for small businesses, unlike other, more well-known options. I was about to give up and spend a fortune on running the occasional email campaign, but MailBluster made it possible for us to let our customers know that we had reopened after the worst of the pandemic.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does take some effort to configure (and I'm still not sure that our emails are not considered spam by certain email providers), but it seems to work okay. At least their support team is very responsive.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been able to keep my email list somewhere safe without having unreasonable limits placed on list size. It's easy to import CSV exports from other platforms.

Pros: Its templates are pretty useful and you can customize and integrate them into the email interface by dragging and dropping in the design page. Its email personalization works as described. The email scheduling and other automation work pretty smoothly.

Cons: The contact list page is complex and not easy to export.

The problems solved with using Mailbluster include just having the ability to market to many customers at once, then having to keep track of subscribers, and who actually opens up the mail sent.

Overall: They're very open to suggestions and even update you when they have new implementations. It's been the best. Pros: MailBluster was an answer to our prayers. It's smart, easy to use and can support our subscriber base without the extra costs demanded by other companies. Cons: We had one problem with the send rate but it was fixed very quickly. Overall: I have been using MailBluster for more than 2 years and I am impressed with the easy, intuitive and straight forward usage of it. Features like tagging contacts, importing contacts from CSV file, segmentation, custom fields, multiple users were designed and developed just like how you wanted it to be. It provides 3 types of email composer including drag & drop editor, timewarp delivery (SUPER COOL!), custom unsubscribe page, but still it's extremely cost effective than any other bulk email service provider currently available. I was amazed by the quick, helpful and professional support centre who understands the demand of their customers. I really think this is a product every email marketer dreams!
