Mid–Senior React Native Developer (Mobile App Developer)

About the Role

Technext is looking for a high-performing Mid–Senior React Native Developer to join our Development Team. This role is suited for developers who can independently design, develop, and maintain production-ready mobile applications while contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring team members.

You will work with modern JavaScript and React Native technologies to build scalable mobile applications for global users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to the full mobile application development lifecycle
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable React Native applications
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of code quality
• Apply best practices for performance optimization, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers
• Lead feature development from planning to deployment
• Publish and maintain applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Conduct code reviews and support junior developers
• Participate in technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• (or equivalent professional experience)

Technical Skills

• Explicit experience with unit and component testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Strong Git knowledge (branching, merging, conflict resolution) 
• Hands-on REST API integration and familiarity with GraphQL
• Advanced styling skills (Flexbox, Grid)
• Experience with modern styling solutions (Styled Components, CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS)
• Understanding of accessibility standards (ARIA)
• CI/CD pipeline experience as a core requirement (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.)
• Ability to integrate and maintain native modules (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C)
• Ownership of the full mobile application lifecycle
• Performance profiling and optimization in production apps

Soft Skills

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience mentoring junior or mid-level developers

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a React Native Developer
• Proven experience delivering production-grade mobile applications
