Full-Stack Developer (NodeJS, React JS)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team at Technext and contribute to MailBluster, our cutting-edge email marketing SaaS platform. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for writing clean, secure, and scalable code while working across the entire software development lifecycle—from design to deployment. You’ll need strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, alongside a good eye for design. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to design software solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance client-side and server-side architectures.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving our ongoing web applications.
• Build responsive, visually appealing front-end designs.
• Develop, manage, and optimize well-functioning databases and backend systems.
• Create, maintain, and extend Express Web APIs.
• Ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and cross-device compatibility of software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software features.
• Write optimized, efficient MySQL queries.
• Implement security measures and safeguard data protection.
• Build reusable, modular React components and libraries.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation.
• Work alongside data scientists and analysts to continuously improve software performance and functionality.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in writing secure, modular, and maintainable code.
• Experience with maintaining and enhancing an existing codebase.
• Solid hands-on experience with Express and building/extending Web APIs.
• Expertise in building reusable React components and libraries.
• Solid understanding of MySQL, AWS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Git.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing complex systems.
• Ability to quickly grasp and integrate new technologies when required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack and Trello is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 2+ years of professional experience in NodeJS (Express) and React development.
