Creative Designer

About the Role:

Technext Limited is looking for a creative and versatile Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual content that supports our brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both graphic design and video editing, with the ability to create impactful visuals for digital platforms, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling marketing materials including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional assets.
• Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, and tutorials to effectively communicate our brand message.
• Create visually engaging landing page elements such as hero banners, thumbnails, illustrations, and infographics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual content aligned with campaign goals.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established visual guidelines across all materials.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficient in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent software.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with a solid understanding of composition, color theory, and design principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Note: Exceptional candidates with a strong portfolio may be considered even without formal academic qualifications.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics design.
• Awareness of current design trends and social media formats.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and visual optimization for conversions.
• Understanding of marketing psychology principles (e.g., AIDA, PAS).
• Exposure to tools like chatbots, community platforms, or influencer collaborations.
