WedMatch, an Event Management Platform Revamp and Dynamic content Management System Integration

Overview:

WedMatch is a free event management platform that connects couples with pre-vetted wedding professionals. They use interactive quizzes to match couples with top-rated local photographers, videographers, florists, DJs, and many more.

Technext collaborated with Wedmatch to revamp their legacy website and provide a dynamic system for updating content.

Challenges & Solutions:

Wedmatch tackled their initial hurdles while implementing new features to their platform. Their legacy code base was in a mess. Firstly, we devised an actionable strategy after auditing their existing codebase. We systematically reduced unnecessary codes and reorganized the structure to establish a clean, maintainable pattern. Simultaneously, we developed new features. We also introduced a blog management system and gave autonomy over blog posting. Finally, we delivered a clean and maintainable system with scope to grow.
