
Reimagine Dentalcare Experience: Smarter Solution for Faster Dental Workflow
Overview:
Technext reimagined the user experience for Dentalcare. A subscription-based web application, while functionally it’s fine, presented specific UX issues at every touchpoint. From locating subscription option to navigating patient records, all of it seemed complicated.
Technext was tasked to turn this complex UI into a more usable and intuitive one.
Design:
Redesigning UX needs proper research. Analyzing the user’s behavior and feedback, helps to locate the main pain points that should be improved.
The redesign of Dentalcare followed the same ideology. We researched on their existing platform, users and their feedback, and found what they actually need.

Our end user of this platform is their existing dentists. So, every new section and page was validated against one question: does this make a dentist’s daily workflow faster and less effortful? We removed the ambiguity in subscription management, brought the treatment history to the surface, and organized the dashboard in a way so that most-used actions are just one click away. We also established a unified visual language for the entire platform by maintaining consistency in color and typography.
