Technext delivered a complete front-end redesign and development of an enterprise-grade ERP platform for a German client. The ERP platform was designed to streamline workflows for SMBs. However, as adoption grew, multiple design and functional limitations became evident across the system.

Key Challenges :

• The interface lacked a modern, best-practice-driven user experience.
• Data presentation ignored fundamental design principles, including consistent margins, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Ambiguous data visualization hindered effective decision-making.
• Inefficient time-tracking workflows and a poorly designed project overview interface reduced usability.
• The absence of modern features, such as dark/light modes and multilingual support, limited the platform’s growth.
• Responsive layout was a notable omission.

• We optimized workflows for SMBs across HR Management, Employee Management, Time Tracking, Vehicle Management, CRM, Reporting, and Billing, enhancing efficiency and usability.
• By maintaining a 7:1 color contrast ratio in line with WCAG 2.x Level AAA standards, we enhanced accessibility and readability for users with moderate to severe low vision.
• We structured every page for clarity and ease of navigation, enhancing usability for operational users.
• A role-based time-tracking dashboard was implemented, enabling managers, employees, and project owners to monitor progress from personalized perspectives.
• We implemented a responsive layout with dark/light modes to enhance visual appeal and user experience.
• We enabled multilingual support, boosting the platform’s audience.
