About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated and curious individuals to join our team as Customer Success & Product Education Interns. This is a structured 3-month internship designed to train you in multiple areas across customer support, product documentation, and community engagement. You’ll gain real-world experience working with SaaS users and have the opportunity to grow into a specialized role within our team.

This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who want to explore careers in customer experience, content, support, or SaaS product operations.

Internship Breakdown:

Month 1: Training & Product Familiarization

  • Learn OneSuite’s core modules (CRM, projects, documents, invoicing, client portal)
  • Join internal workshops on customer communication, writing guides, and community etiquette
  • Shadow senior team members on support chats and community threads
  • Complete internal assignments to practice support responses and documentation writing

Month 2: Real Work Begins

  • Take on real customer queries (based on your growing area of expertise)
  • Start writing help articles, video scripts, or tutorial drafts
  • Begin contributing to external platforms like Quora, Reddit, and community groups
  • Attend weekly feedback sessions and improve based on real-time input

Month 3: Specialization & Assessment

  • Get assigned to a focus area: CRM support, documentation, invoice help, automation, etc.
  • Work independently on tasks related to your assigned domain
  • Present a mini project (e.g., onboarding flow, help guide, or community strategy)
  • Based on performance, selected interns may be offered a full-time role

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Handle user queries through live chat and email
  • Troubleshoot CRM, invoice, project, or client portal issues
  • Provide clear solutions with visuals or step-by-step explanations
  • Escalate bugs or technical problems with context

Documentation & Article Writing:

  • Write and maintain clear help docs and feature guides
  • Turn repetitive support questions into public resources
  • Create tutorials for blog, help center, and email campaigns
  • Keep language user-friendly and aligned with our tone

Community Engagement:

  • Answer relevant questions in platforms like Reddit, Quora, and community groups
  • Help agency users by sharing insights from your product learning
  • Be the voice of OneSuite in external communities — always helpful, never pushy
  • Share common user questions with the internal team to improve onboarding and content

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong writing skills and clear communication
  • Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset
  • Comfortable with using online tools (e.g., Google Docs, Notion, Canva)
  • Enthusiastic about SaaS, tech, or supporting others

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus but Not Required):

  • Experience with digital tools like Trello, Zapier, or WordPress
  • Interest in content writing (MUST), teaching, or helping others online
  • Familiarity with community platforms or customer support tools

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
