Software Engineer (Python, Django)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications 
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members 
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability 
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems 
• Project/Task Management within a team 

Requirements: 

• Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI is a plus) 
• Experience with databases like Postgres, MySQL 
• Knowledge of Bash Scripting 
• Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Programming 
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration (Django REST framework is a plus) 
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git 
• Ability to work independently and in a team 
• Good problem-solving and communication skills 
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.) 

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): 

• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD tools 
• Front-end experience (React, Vue, etc.) 
• Knowledge of distributed task queue system (Celery) 

Experience:

• At least 2+ years of professional proven experience in a relevant field
