There were many challenges in the existing product we had to solve:
- Provide better User Experiences for complex tasks.
- Polish the outdated design with great consistency & trend in mind
- Update to a modern design language
- Build a Design system for scalability, simplify design & unify development
- Explore ways to make end user delighted.
Getting Up to Speed
We, the product designers from Technext examined their existing web app. We gathered & organized screenshots of the app and mapped them to pre-existing flows to get up to speed as quickly as possible.
