Ironclad Investments is a comprehensive web solution designed for investment management companies based in the UK. The platform offers a range of features that enable admins and super admins to manage transactions for their clients from anywhere in the world. These features include the ability to make withdrawal and deposit requests, manage recurring withdrawals separately, and generate auto-commission for specific clients on the 15th day of each month. In addition, Ironclad Investments provides automatic profit calculations for all clients at midnight, company performance data, and newsletters to keep clients and admins informed about the company’s progress.

Challenges

Ironclad Investments was using an outdated platform with poor user experience and limited functionality, making it difficult for clients to manage their financial transactions. The platform’s lack of graphical visualizations and advanced reporting tools made it challenging for them to gain insight into their clients’ financial performance.

The company needed a web solution that could help them manage their clients’ financial transactions, generate reports, and provide their clients with an easy-to-use platform to access their account information. They also wanted to improve their existing platform’s performance and overhaul its design to make it a more user-friendly, faster and efficient

Solution

We ​​developed a separate back-end and front-end web app solution that could handle the complexities of managing investments for clients from all over the world. The app provided several important features such as managing transactions for clients, making withdrawal and deposit requests, auto profit calculations for clients at midnight, and generating auto commission for specific clients on each 15th day of the month. 

We built a dashboard with role based access; such as admin, super admin, client. Whereas client dashboard that was exclusive for clients only and admin dashboard is accessible for both the admins and super admins. All the clients could view their balances, track their transactions, make withdrawal requests, and access their information quickly and easily. The app also provided graphical visualizations of all data based on custom date ranges, which allowed clients to track their investments over time.

We implemented several strong security measures to ensure that the app was secure and that clients’ data and information was protected at all times. These measures included:

• Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect client data in transit
