Overview

Technext assisted Freevecton in revamping their website layout to improve usability and enhance the user experience. The project began with sketching and progressed to the development of a comprehensive solution. The interface was designed to be both modern and elegant.

Objectives

• Conduct market research
• Build out a new competitive Visitor Management Solution

Strategy

• Analyze the competitive market
• Gain insight into the needs and pain points of the target user by identifying the tasks they aim to accomplish with the product
• Develop a prototype to demonstrate potential solutions and gather feedback from the target user to improve usability
• Implement the feedback into the development process.

Re-design and improvement

We have entirely overhauled the previous layout and created a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate interface. Additionally, we have eliminated some unnecessary pages and incorporated crucial sections.

• We have improve the user flow on every section
• The general user section was not organized. That’s why we made a new concept and build a new interface where users can interact easily and they can find anything on their dashboard.
• Also we have improve the user experience for challenging tasks by revamping the outdated design with a focus on consistency and current trends. Adopt a modern design language and establish a design system to increase scalability, streamline design, and standardize development. Investigate ways to delight end users.

Personas

Deanna Jones

Deanna is a 27-year-old graphic designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. She has a passion for design and is always looking for new and creative ways to express herself. Deanna is very detail-oriented and takes great pride in her work.

Jaxson Stanton

Jaxson is a 35-year-old high school English teacher with a Master’s degree in Education. He has a passion for teaching and for helping his students reach their full potential. Jaxson is patient and understanding with his students, and always encourages them to do their best.

Ryan Aminoff

Ryan is a 45-year-old Design Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and a Master’s degree in Design Management. He has a wealth of experience in both product design and management and is confident and articulate in his work.

Information Architecture

This project involves two types of users, both of whom have the ability to earn from other sources. This complexity in navigation and user interactions has been addressed by conducting research and analyzing user behavior to simplify the user experience.

User flow

User flow is important in UX design because it helps guide users through the interface and ensures they can easily accomplish their goals. A well-designed user flow can improve user satisfaction and engagement, increase conversions, and decrease user frustration and bounce rate. It also helps in identifying the pain points in the user journey and can be used to improve the overall user experience.

Style Guide

Our design system comprises a comprehensive set of guidelines for efficiently creating and maintaining designs using reusable elements and patterns, thus allowing our team to replicate designs quickly and consistently without the possibility of unintentional variations.

High Fidelity Wireframe

A high-fidelity wireframe is a detailed, interactive prototype of a website or application that closely resembles the final product in terms of design, layout, and functionality. It is used to simulate the user experience and test the usability of a design before it is built.

High fidelity Design

High-fidelity design is the final stage of the design process, where the product or interface is polished and looks like the final version. It includes detailed visual design, typography, color palette, and layout. It helps to create a realistic representation of the final product, allowing stakeholders to visualize and evaluate the design more effectively.
