About the Role:

Technext Limited is seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide top-notch support and troubleshooting for technical issues related to software or other technical products/services. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing problems, offering solutions, and ensuring customers understand how to use our products and systems effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and system-related issues.
  • Resolve technical problems by engaging with clients through video calls, phone calls, emails, or live chat, offering clear written instructions and technical guidance.
  • Assist management in developing training materials related to troubleshooting and usage of the system.
  • Provide clear, accurate feedback to customers and prepare timely reports.
  • Log and track all technical issues systematically.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their workflows are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Monitor daily performance of technical systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers, UI/UX designers).
  • Utilize internal databases or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate communication, link exchange, and content initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (listening, reading, writing, speaking).
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React JS and Bootstrap.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Comfortable assisting clients via remote desktop programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide step-by-step technical help.
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and set reasonable deadlines.

Experience:

At least 1.5+ years of professional experience in a relevant technical support or IT troubleshooting role.
