Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Sr. UI/UX Designer to join our expanding design team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate designer eager to shape exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms.

As a senior UI/UX Designer at Technext Limited, you’ll work closely with senior designers and developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces, while learning and growing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to):

  • Assist in designing websites and templates that balance both aesthetics and functionality.
  • Work closely with the senior design team to create user-centered, visually compelling interfaces.
  • Ensure design consistency across platforms by working with established design systems.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth and accurate execution of designs into production.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights on user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing design systems, style guides, and design assets.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, develop ideas, and transform concepts into effective design solutions backed by data and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously refine your skills.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
    • A solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
    • Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing processes.
    • Strong visual design sense, including a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience: Proven at least 3+ years of experience working with Figma, design systems, and UI/UX design in professional or freelance settings.
