About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Full-Stack Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, with a blend of strong writing skills, content marketing expertise, email marketing proficiency, and online community management.As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence, overseeing strategic review management, and maintaining a high-performing conversion funnel.
Responsibilities:
Content & Copywriting:
- Write engaging landing page copy, blog articles, case studies, and email content.
- Research and craft customer success stories and testimonials.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and lead generation.
- Develop persuasive sales and promotional copy for marketing campaigns.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials to maintain quality and consistency.
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Optimize email subject lines, CTAs, and content for higher open and click-through rates.
- Track email performance and apply A/B testing for continuous improvement.
Social Media & Community Management:
- Plan and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, building relationships with the audience.
- Create and post engaging visuals and infographics using Canva.
- Manage Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, and online discussion forums to build a loyal community.
- Track and analyze social media performance, making data-driven improvements.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the design and development teams to align content with brand identity.
- Research and analyze audience insights to refine content marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional Writing & Copywriting Skills – Ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
- Very Strong English Proficiency – Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- SEO Knowledge – Experience in on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Email Marketing Expertise – Hands-on experience with email automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Social Media Management – Experience handling organic social media growth and engagement.
- Basic Design Skills – Familiarity with Canva or other design tools for creating social media graphics.
- Online Community Management – Ability to build and engage online communities (Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Discord).
- Content Planning & Strategy – Ability to develop and execute a long-term content marketing plan.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus but Not Required)
- Experience with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Understanding of psychological triggers in marketing (AIDA, PAS, etc.).
- Experience with chatbots, community engagement tools, or influencer collaborations.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience:
At least 1+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
